This plays right into Russian paranoia. Vlad should pay this guy for making statements like this one.

Seems like I remember something about another German having dreams of territorial expansion and a disdain for his Russian competition. How dd that turn out?

He admits he does not know if there is public support for such a move, But we do it anyway. With our US Government supplying the Military force, and incurring the losses, necessary.

Basically, the New World Order threatening the Old World Order. But if Van Rompuy wants to grab a rifle and march off to Moscow, it’s already been tried. But I wish him well.

In the case of Ukraine it certainly appears as if the majority of its people *want* a closer alliance with the EU.Of course the EU is a very “imperfect” entity but it's light years better than the USSR 2.0 so the Ukrainian people's wishes are logical.Given the choice of being under the EU’s “boot” or the USSR’s I'd take the EU with a millisecond of hesitation. It's Vlad and his reconstituted USSR who's the aggressor here...not the EU or the Ukrainian people or government.

Maybe the unelected EU Nazis can try another Ribbentrop Treaty, part II, and see what happens.
