The first Democrat to speak at today’s hearing (Cummings) reads a prepared statement about how messy things were in LIBYA. He doesn’t specifically speak about Benghazi. Why? Because the Democrats have thrown in the towel on Benghazi and are falling back to their final defensive positions around Hillary and Obama. Hillary and Obama probably aided and abetted our nation’s enemies in Libya, and that is treason. Conviction of treason can get you a death sentence. Knowingly helping traitors is collusion and accessory to a crime and the Democrats, including the media, better come clean or they could wind up sitting in a federal pen.
That's a stretch. Obama had a chance to act in Lybia. The attack at our embassy took place over hours. The 9/11 attacks happened fairly quickly, and there was really very little the President could've ordered in advance. 9/11 was much more like Pearl Harbor (though I'm sure there were many conspiracy theorists for that as well.)

The ruling was in response to a complaint by actress Cindy Lee Garcia, who had objected to the use of her performance, which had been partially dubbed for its inclusion in Innocence of Muslims. Garcia had believed during production that she was appearing in a film called Desert Warrior, which was described as a “historical Arabian Desert adventure film”, and was unaware that anti-Islamic material would be added at the post-production stage. Garcia had argued that she held a copyright interest in her performance.[80][81]
