NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) Larry Johnson has never been one to hold back when he has something on his mind.
He definitely had something on his mind Saturday in the wake of the accusations of racism against Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling. Johnson took to Twitter and fired off a cryptic tweet that seems to suggest an all-black basketball league with all-black ownership should be formed.

I thought the NBA and NFL were pretty much all black, which is why there are so many criminals in them.
It won't be an "all-black league" but it will get real close. For awhile, it might even be quite successful. But gradually, it'll become a minority sport, a bit like professional Soccer never taking hold in the US.
Memory’s a funny thing, I “remember” the whole baseball season going to hell because of the strike. The MLB the next season was bad as I recall and frankly, I was done with them at that point. I’ve never watched another game since.
His scoring average is probably higher than his college GPA too!

O.K. make it an all black organization, owners, players, vendors,towel boys, cheerleaders,score keepers. all of it.

Major League Baseball, used to have a Negro League. Historians, do not look at it in a positive light.
I don’t have a problem with a privately funded stadium is given tax breaks. It seems the city benefits from such things as well.
