And that's the problem with Amnesty.
It isn't just crossing the border illegally. It's a laundry list of crimes by both aliens and citizens that gets forgiven.
When do the Amnesty supporters plan to extend the same courtesy to the citizens they supposedly represent?
Tax evasion? Illegal employment? False identity? Use of public money under false pretenses? Driving illegally?
And they won't have to plead to a single charge, or have the record hung on them.
