Ol’ Rand started the Beltway Shuffle a little too soon, I think.

Yet again, a formerly promising Republican is hell-bent on snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
People hate 0bamacare in large numbers.
Who are you afraid will not like you if you erase a serious mistake?

He’s furiously tacking left as if he already has the nomination. He’s lost my vote.

sorry, Rand, but it will be very easy to repeal O-care.
Indeed, a one sentence bill can do it.
You may wish to practice writing one....and when we get a President who understands just how pernicious O-care is, and how it is helping the O administration complete its ruination of the American economy, and just how many jobs its destroying.....
you can introduce the Rand Repeal ObamaCare Bill... and a new President will sign it.
one sentence. you can do it, Rand, and you have almost 2 years to practice, too!
thank you, Rand.

Instant repeal of Obamacare and the sad insurance companies will trip over their feet to get back in business. Originally the insurance companies see a windfall and got a surprise. Dead meat.

Obviously whimpy is not the man for the job. “Can’t” should not be in his vocabulary. Think positive you maroon!

Paul also denounced Rancher Bundy for that man's plain spoken remarks about the Negro in America today. Mr. Bundy spoke the truth rather than what Paul, Krauthammer, and other supposedly conservatives claimed was rhetoric bordering on "racism". Mr. Paul apparently thinks using words like Negro, or Colored person is racist...those are not words that are mean or belittling; they describe in plain English
a fact.
"Remember you don't have to be on a southern plantation to be a slave, if you are dependent on government entitlements you just have a different slave owner."....what every thinking person knows.

Rather than going for full repeal, start passing popular poison pill legislation that dismantles it piece by piece.
Exactly right! To repeal the whole thing, at this point, would mean, for example, that a few million people lose Medicaid, and lot of 20-somethings get kicked off their parents' insurance. The Dems have instant constituencies against repeal.
But that's no excuse for doing nothing. Do it piece-by-piece, and start with what is far and away the most unpopular piece: the individual mandate.

It was "difficult" to defeat communism in the Cold War.
It was "difficult" to defeat the Nazis and Japanese Empire in WWII.
It was "difficult" to successfully revolt against King George and form a new nation.
Imagine where we would be if we'd had useless, gutless, go-along-to-get-along rats like this guy as our "leaders" during those times.
Oh, wait. No need to imagine - we have them now, and they're pissing away all for which our forefathers fought and suffered.

Difficult for who? Just throw it away and go back to the old stuff. It might be messy, but it was/is messy right now and I have a feeling, if left alone, it’s going to get messier. I can’t imagine repealing it could be any worse.

Whenever anyone says “its going to be difficult to turn the clock back” I know right then and there they are a progressive/leftist/liberal/libertarian. Whatever label they wear.
