You know, it escapes most people, even conservatives, that the Republican Party was formed in large part because many Whigs and Democrats were ashamed of slavery and wished to abolish it. However, neither the Whigs nor Democrats were inclined to do much about it.

Yes, you read that correctly. The Republican party came into existence in order to abolish slavery and grant equal rights to all citizens.

So, it makes perfect sense that most of the true racists in this country would be on the Democrat side.

No surprise here. Think about it, any group that espouses identity politics by race is, by definition, racist.

For example, why is it "racist" to say Jews love money, but it's not "racist" to say that a "good Jews" is liberal or leftist? Or is it "racist" if one say that Blacks love fried chicken and watermelon, but not "racist" to say that any Black person who isn't a liberal/leftist is an "Uncle Tom.?"

And why is it OK to vote for Gore/Lieberman because Lieberman is Jewish, or to vote for Obama, because he's "Black," but it's racist to vote against them for the same reasons?
