I don't get the lying headline. Boehner clearly says here that repeal of ACA is still the goal.
If the repeal of the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010” is not the answer, then obviously, the question is not being framed correctly.
Certainly, the other part of the equation is “replace”, but there is nobody actively discussing the terms of that replacement.
