Well, he would have received a bill from the BLM, not the IRS. And, in the same interview when he said that he never saw a bill from the BLM, he also said that he doesn’t open mail from the BLM, so.....

If these two idiots had got their arses out of the NYT long enough to see what Bundy was telling us. Same thing all of us was saying that the communists Democrats have made millions of black slaves to the Federal Government.
A skilled politician on the GOP side would never be drawn into a race conversation with the NYT. We know they will edit,twist and misquote. The NYT will call any GOP a racist and pick things out of context.
Bundy is a rancher, unwise in thinking he would be given a fair chance to defend himself. Remember the Duck Dynasty and they were used to the media.
It doesn’t matter what Bundy said, Nevada need to get the land back from BLM because
BLM has put all the ranchers out of business
Blm not paying revenue to Nevada that they should have
Blm not using land for economic development and Nevada has a lot of unemployed who need jobs.
BLM is violation property rights and acting like gangsters.

This has been an ongoing event between Bundy and the gov’t since 1993. Apparently he
wouldn’t sign the document thus he couldn’t pay the fee. So in effect he’s been
there with his cattle without a gov’t agreement.
Ultimately this will be decided in some court of law and what happens after
that is yet to be determined.

What Bundy said was too general, painting everyone with a broad brush but.
AA have the highest rate of out of wedlock births 70-80%
AA adults have the highest unemployment rate, highest school dropout rate, highest incarceration rate.
But is 6 years Obama didn’t do anything to help AA and this disappoints this old white guy. Our country is suffering from Obama playing 200 rounds of golf and Moochelle taking posh vacations while AA suffer from the Obama neglect.
Only when all of our fellow Americans can be well off because our country is at work can we be content with how things are going.
Bundy said many of these points, but his words were not well chosen. I would never have fallen into the trap of comparring welfare to slavery. But Bundy covered most of my points and for me he seems to have a good heart.
However. BLM storm troopers did much worse in violating the constitution than Bundy’s remarks.
The remarks are a distraction, the BLM should still be kicked out of any place they manage. We don’t need to tolerate the BLM or Harry Reid, and his incendiary remarks.
Harry Reid is a crook, so crooked that when he dies they will screw him into the ground instead of burying him.

What’s up with him having to “pay up” now, anyhow? This might be a case of Adverse Possession. For decades (generations?) this family has openly used this land without deceit and the government has known about it.
