Guess you’ve never worked with a nervous, circling dog. I suspect, since the dash cam video isn’t available, the dog was circling in excitement, not necessarily retreat.
Well, doesn’t matter now. Dog is dead and cop is on paid vacation. Cops can do no wrong.
What EVER, a dog that circles in front of someone isn’t charging that someone.
