Let’s not give Rube-in (AKA - The Rube, AKA - Jennifer Durbin) more attention than she deserves. A contemptible little Rovian vulture.

Democrats love to pick our candidates for us, maybe, that’s why the lefties keep winning?

NO! NO! NO! to Jeb Bush.

Bob Beckel is endorsing him too. I posted this on another thread:

The Obama Media is always willing to drop more important work to help republicans pick their candidates.

We tried it the Rubin/Rino way with Dole, McCain and Romney.
It doesn’t work.

This is so utterly, blatantly transparent that it shouldn't warrant further discussion.

(1) Every four years, we get the same media leftists, consultants, strategists, and other concern trolls telling the GOP who they should pick (i.e. "This is the guy that the Democrats fear the most, I tell ya!")

(2) Then the drumbeat grows for said candidate.
(3) Real conservative candidates are disparaged, and are told they have no chance of winning.
(4) Liberals cross over and vote for the RINO in the primaries. The RINO and the GOP establishment swears up and down that this is proof that only a moderate Republican can win.
(5) The RINO wins the nomination, as the liberal media swoons.
(6) Hit pieces start occurring. Subtly at first; then there's a huge onslaught by the leftist media and Dims.
(7) The RINO loses in the general, and "graciously" concedes defeat.
(8) Same leftist media/Dims/consultants/establishment hacks say the RINO went "too far to the right," and needs to be more moderate.

(9) GOP establishment takes notes, and the cycle repeats again.

Clearly, there is a growing sense of desperation among the GOP-e.

I thought Jeb was a better governor and a more conservative governor than Dubya.

Jeb's big problem is his last name.

I feel a third party brewing...as that’s just not an option. Not just with Republicans who are sick of Bush’s destroying our party, but with independents and Democrats who will run enthusiastically away.

The campaign narrative is obvious. It is the Clinton 90s boom vs the Bush recession. I could write the Democrat’s campaign plan and win.

In Florida, I’d probably sit it out. The only modicum of benefit of a Jeb candidacy is that we would win back Florida by a mile and be able to focus on Ohio and Virginia.

Jeb Bush once again told a group he is thinking of running for president.

Ron Doughty once again told a group he is thinking of not voting in 2016.
