Huh. Somehow the school got their hands on the Obama Administration’s confidential, eyes-only foreign policy manual. Probably passed to them by the IRS.

Comedian Jeff Allen talked about substituting the word “government” for “bully”
Hilarious! That’s the worst advice ever!
And most of all remember rule number 10:
Revenge is best served up cold;)
I clicked all the way through to the story at the Daily Mail.
This is so ridiculous that I think some is pulling their leg.
Anyways, I liked what one wag said in the comments section:
“RULE 10. Hand over your lunch money with a smile”
Some of the dumbest advice I have ever read. This advice may work for adults but will NEVER work for school aged folks.
Is it satire??
The best way to stop a bully is to hit them 3 ways: hard, fast, and continuously.

That’s the GOP campaign manual!!
I keep expecting a "Bababooey, Bababooey" at the end of the article.
Sounds a lot like the Bob Dole campaign strategy

I prefer my father’s advice:
“Punch the bully square in the nose.
They will quit, and it sends a message to other bullies.”
As with most training of children, this works best when applied early.
looks to me like someone pulled an epic prank... no way this is real. I just can’t see it
