The United Auto Workers announced Monday it is withdrawing an appeal of the outcome of a union vote at Volkswagens assembly plant in Tennessee.
In a statement released one hour before the scheduled start of a National Labor Relations Board hearing in Chattanooga, Tenn., UAW President Bob King said the union decided to put the tainted election in the rearview mirror because the challenge could have taken months or even years to come to a conclusion.

Sounds like the UAW got a heads-up from the Dem controlled NLRB that they were gonna lose..
The suit was all about spin.
They needed to create the narrative that the vote was tainted. They needed to show that they were not going to stand for losing. Now that the news has died down they do not want to go to court and have it proven they are not wanted.
Losing two times would be a major blow to their leadership jobs.
Ping.
UAW loosers, HA!
Yeah...they are “losers”, also.
UAW loses = we waz robbed. No fair. Nuh-uh. Revote now. Boo-hoo.
Sounds like they found out their 'illegal' activities would be exposed. Discovery can be a bitch.
Detroit Journalist Charlie LeDuff has been brutal with the UAW.

tainted election in the rearview mirror
Only in your delusional mind, Bob.
More likely that pursuing the appeal at this time would hamstring Democrat attempts to make electoral inroads in the South with candidates like young Miss Nunn.
The operative term being “at this time”. They’ll be back. Count on it.

Speaking of “hugh & series,” is the link still active?
Also..isn't the whole question of the legitimacy of NLRB rulings in question because of Zero's "recess" appts? what's happening with that..
