Never,ever,*ever* will I vote guilty if I'm on a jury deciding a “hate crime” case.Let's say it's a murder trial...white defendant,black victim (just to make this argument more fun).The guy's charged with murder and a “hate crime”.I don't pay the slightest bit of attention to any evidence regarding the “hate crime”.My vote will be “not guilty”.Regarding the murder charge,I listen very very closely to all evidence presented and if that evidence proves murder,to my mind,then I enthusiastically vote “guilty”.And if I'm in a death penalty state and the defense doesn't present a very powerful case against the chair (a weeping mother isn't *nearly* good enough) then I enthusiastically vote “death” as the penalty.

And how will hate speech be defined? Basically, anyone opposed to the Godless homosexualist/abortionist agenda will be designated a hater. Bible believing Christians are automatically classified as haters. The Bible itself will be called a hate book. It’ll be a crime to speak out about the sins of abortion or homosexualism. How about global warming “deniers?” That a crime too? These people are nuts!
