Former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg launched a $50 million gun-control campaign called Everytown for Gun Safety. But a pro-gun group took the name for its Facebook page.

Forgot to mention the title implies that the pro-gun bullies “stole” the page. How can one steal something from another if the other never had it? Guess it’s “progthink”. Maybe we should set up a “progcabulary” to keep track of there constantly evolving vocab.

If I remember my Business Law Professor from too many years ago, the first use of a phrase or statement published WITH A (C) COPYRIGHT symbol then has a legal right to the Copyright even though they haven’t filed the registeration with the Copyright Bureau.
