I was sitting around one day thinking and something reminded me of an ex-girlfriend I had 20 years ago. I wondered where she was, what she had become.
I found her in 30 minutes.
...ditto with my ex-sweetie...found out where she lives, her situation, phone number, and I even know how she aged, as I see her picture on Facebook (still sweet looking,forty years later, still the girl I loved), all the while never leaving the comfort of my armchair...but I don’t hate the technology...for what it’s worth, it’s good to know she’s done okay in her life...
Good. Mine ex blew up.... and I mean FAT.
But I had no hard feelings against her. She was the type that believed all these commercials and whatnot where the man is a bumbling idiot and the woman can basically belittle him all she wants.
She wanted me to be a male version of her sister.... completely submissive to her.
Sorry honey, you’re barking up the wrong tree. But I still am glad she found someone that she completely emasculate and re-mold to her liking.
Though I am quite sure her new husband, unless he is a complete ‘yes honey’, wants to kill himself.
I could not understand why the Coke reference was included; I gave them the answer. I agree with the thesis, at least that the nation as a whole is much more self-centered than it once was. Where else do people readily admit to killing their own unborn child because it comes at a inconvenient time?
