The controversy over a Nevada ranchers decades-long use of public land without paying federal grazing fees has quickly become a national issue one that Glenn Beck on Monday urged Americans to fully understand before taking a side on.
We did some research online with PsyID today, and found that theres about 10 or 15 percent of the people who are talking about this online that are truly frightening, Beck said on his television program. They dont care what the facts are. They just want a fight.
Beck said there are many decent, small-government proponents from groups like the Tea Party supporting Bundy, and they need to be aware that the controversy has drawn violent, anti-government individuals who are the rights version of Occupy Wall Street, as well....

LOL!
That's our Glennie...
I wasn’t speaking of the Bundy’s because I don’t know them. I was referring to anyone who would agree to the tactic, in general.
The fact that Bundy began resisting federal oppression twenty years ago does not make his resistance any less important as the jack booted thugs attack his family and ranch.
Below is a great description of why Bundy was not going to sign a contract with the feds and pay his fees.

Sorry. My big bad brush :-)
I assumed you were in blanket agreement with the previous poster.
My apologies.
Glenn who?
America is not Europe. We gave ourselves a clean slate and for the most part it has kept us together so that internal conflict does not become an international incident. We slipped up once.
I remember the Clinton years and the mood we are in right now is very similar. The AWB was enough to get some fellas in my area ready for a hot war. Then government changed. Now, with Obama, the very same topics are back again. Funny how that works.
Keep the long game in focus.
If you are interested in history, compare how Medicare was passed (and with what debate) to ObamaCare. Times are changing.
No biggie. I’ve done it, too.
Yes, and remember how that was "defused". McVeigh, and the FBI snitch compound, where the government was in on the OK City bombing up to its eyeballs.
How many children died in that one, again?
Glenn Beck is a modern day Tory and can go straight to hell!
“Yes, and remember how that was “defused”. McVeigh, and the FBI snitch compound, where the government was in on the OK City bombing up to its eyeballs. How many children died in that one, again?”
If you have direct evidence that the Feds were involved in OKC, then I can’t wait to see your documentary. Otherwise it’s just a rumor.
Believable... but unproven.
Agree...his site is annoyingly slow with all the ads and while I do tune in, I also turn it off when he gets preachy...at times I do wonder if his show is a big PSYOP. A line in the sand is needed with this gov’t and Bunkerville seems to be the beginning of the citizenry putting the corrupt elite on notice...hardly a right-wing OWS. I found the comparison by Beck to be quite off-putting.
You do not know the details of this case. Even if Bundy pays all grazing fees to the Government, there are so many “strings” attached to it that he will no longer be able to operate. In effect, he would be signing his own death warrant.
This has been gone over on Free Republic in detail many, many years ago.
Look at it this way...
What if your landlord decided to raise your rent to a point they know will break you financially. On purpose. In violation of your contract and laws that prohibit the landlord from doing so...
Further, what if your landlord, charging you these exhorbiant fees, didn’t legally own that land and was in violation of a yet older contract?
The thing is, none of us get to choose the breaking point. It’s called ‘the straw that broke the camel’s back.’ Wars have started of incidents that are much more stupid than this.
We’ve got Klamath Falls, the Tombstone water pipe, the Sagebrush Rebellion, the stupid spotted owl that nearly shut down the logging industry, Oregon’s water-grab (from even rain barrels), and so much more. Add to that Reid’s cronyism and abuse of power and we’re getting fed up. Yes, Bundy is breaking the law, but (in all these cases) the law is acting like an ass.
I know that Beck and the other pundits would love a perfectly saintly posterboy to act as the match for the bonfire. I know that nobody wants this to come to bloodshed (alright, there are quite a few who want it to come to that, but they’re frustrated people who’ve gone over the edge because they don’t see us getting out of the tyranny within the rigged system and aren’t really thinking about the serious damage that an armed conflict will do).
But none of us get to pick the breaking point.
That same Constitution limits the FedGov to owning a few parcels of land.
86% of Nevada exceeds that limitation. By a bunch...
Exactly so...
