Land Management: A Chinese solar farm that fries birds is OK, as is redrawing tortoise habitat boundaries to benefit political donors. But an American rancher grazing his cattle brings feds with sniper rifles.
It appears Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy has, at least temporarily, wonhis "range war" with the paramilitary wing of the Bureau of Land Management. Fearing another Waco, BLM has announced it will no longer enforce a court order and stop stealing Bundy's cows, called "trespass cattle" by the feds, accused of grazing free on part of the 84% of Nevada that is federal property.

There is also a big play by the Center for Biological Diversity ( and yes that is one of those nasty Soros backed ‘ngo’ groups) that keeps threatening to sue BLM in court ‘if they don’t (fill in the blank as to action)’. They have decried the BLM for not taking all of Bundy’s cattle and have called Cliven and family lawbreakers and other nasty names.
To me the big take away from all of this was that peaceful Americans (not the stone throwing anarchist type but actually peaceful) walking towards government agents and refusing to stop as ordered were able to make the feds stand down. This says that no matter what one may think there are still a lot of people who will not fire on their fellow citizens
“84% of Nevada that is federal property”
There are some constitutional experts who question if that is legal.
This is the crux of Bundy’s argument, and I think he is correct in his reasoning.
This must be exposed and has the potential to be a bigger Fed Scandal than the Tea Pot Dome Scandal.
We are talking selling nation treasure to foreign powers for benefit of Politicians.
Chinese hit men teams are probably on their way to do a “Breitbart” on Bundy and family.
And then there will be a mysterious sever rash of upset stomachs of all militia members there at Bunkerville.
The Chinese want their land SOON.
“We are talking selling nation treasure to foreign powers for benefit of Politicians.”
Absolutely. Some of us think that’s one of the goals of Agenda21. Eliminate rural Americans so the resources in those areas can be sold to the highest bidder. Including water rights. And this financial action is partly the promise that’s been given to foreign powers to convince them to continue to buy our debt.
Bingo, We have a winner.
Dead on the mark.
Exposure is in order.
The ChiComs can pound sand. They can take their wrath out on the Criminal POLs in DC.
That’s why Reid and the BLM can’t back down.
They’ve already ‘cashed the check and spent the money’. Now the new owners want to take possession. And they will too and there’s nothing ‘we’ can do about it.
They say even a casually tossed pebble in a raging river will alter its course.
Its going to be hell if Walmart and such found that in the near future their shelves of Chinese made products are not selling.
Chicoms, the 21st century Redcoats?
I would like to see Cruz, Paul or someone else introduce this simple new law:
No Federal government agency beyond the DOD, Customs, FBI and Secret Service is allowed to have its own military force, nor hold any weapons above a certain caliber.
“...the goals of Agenda21...”
I now see signs of Agenda21 everywhere. In Nashville exists the Standard Candy Company which makes the famous Goo Goo Cluster. It is marketed as an old time Southern treat and Americana. Yet their web site has a page on “sustainability Initiatives”. It is a light industry anyway involving chocolate, peanuts, marshmellow, and caramel but they support a wind farm in West Texas and brag about purchasing “energy credits”. Go to googoo.com to see how the subversives have infiltrated the candy man’s plan.
“Chinese hit men teams are probably on their way to do a Breitbart on Bundy and family”
I’ll take the conspiracy even further. Some of he cows the BLM ran off with will be injected with some hideous disease and by the cover of dark be reintroduced to the heard. You know the rest of the story.
We are not powerless.
Think Traitor Reid is beginning to understand that.
Another wrinkle, if the “Won’t anyone think of the turtles!?” was bogus, maybe the “We must save Mother Gaia with solar.” is a hustle as well.
It wouldn’t be the first time a Democrat sold out. FDR, Yalta. Kennedy, Cuba. Carter, Panama. Clinton, who was that? initials ‘PRC’... Democrats pwned!
Conspiracy nutjob worthy, in any event.
If I remember correctly (questionable to say the least) when Nevada was up for statehood, one of the conditions for admission was that the feds would get huge amounts of the state to control. Ended up being about 85% of the state. A little much to my way of thinking but here we are. Lots of room for forts and ammo storage depots on that much land. Probably less than 1% being used for that.
It may or may not be constitutional for the feds to own this land. If it’s not, then title to the land presumably would revert to the state, which would presumably want grazing fees for use of its land, or possibly make it available for him to purchase.
Besides the cost of the land purchase, Bundy would then be on the hook for ongoing property taxes and possibly be required to fence in his cattle. All of which is pretty darn expensive.
Mad cow?
Thats pretty darn desperate and obvious. Would be like selling a fire extinguisher filled with kerosene.
You nailed it. This is agenda 21 at work and people need to quit telling us how Bundy lost in court. The leftists have padded the courts to always come down on their side.
For most of the western states, especially Nevada, the public land not sold off before statehood was public for a good reason. Nobody wanted to buy it. It wasn’t good for anything except running a few cows or sheep. And prior to statehood it wasn’t even any good for that, as there was no market for them.
The state did not want title, because that would require them to control the land, which did not come anywhere close to bringing in the money from grazing fees and such to pay for it. The population of NV at statehood was probably under 20,000 and the taxpayers were perfectly happy to leave responsibility for this immense stretch of land with the federal government.
The situation had been different in states farther east, where land generally went into private ownership because there were buyers.
Nope, Bundy does not have title to the property and if the Fed Gov illegally controls the property it is the State that is responsible for it’s managment.
No, we have a Serious Constitutional issue that affects 1/3 of the nation.
And Booger Eating BLM Bureaucraps are now trying to take control of 90,000 Acres of land in Texas along the Red River. There will be a battle over that. Take that to the bank.
