Perhaps the sparseness of his campaign website can be explained by one simple fact. According to Mediaite, Dickinson never filed paperwork to actually run for Congress and, therefore, the will be no nominating process for a Democrat candidate to challenge Cantor.

This guy was most disturbing to watch. He would smirk, giggle and his eyes would roll up into their sockets.
He is a mental case of some type. If he wasn’t desiring to be a Senator, I would feel sorry for him.
That said, he is a reflection of the democrat party.
