Beck and the Crew forget one thing. Article 1 Sec 8, number 17 of the enumerated powers. The federal government CAN NOT own any other lands other than what are indicated in that enumerated power. And the ten mile square? The is in reference to Washington DC.

The problem here is..is Nevada actually a state? Or has it considered itself a territory? Nevada had better amend its constitution.

Beck’s closeness to Huntsman really makes anything from the Blaze questionable to me, after watching old man Huntsman run down Ted Cruz last year. Mow likely is it Reid and Huntsman are cronies? I’m guessing it’s very likely.
The problem is not the rancher, or his land.
It is the EPA and the cows. The company that wants to use the government owned land for solar power can’t use it if cows are running loose on it.
The EPA is the ‘left’s’ most prized asset. They can’t just break their own ‘rules’ and ‘laws’ to allow this solar plant to go into effect. The greenies would freak out. The fortunes of many politicians who stand to gain from this sell-off to foreign companies would be affected.
So... the cows gotta go. That is what it was about, that is why they went after the cows and tried to round them all up.
The Koch brothers should get an army of private investigators on this, and then provide it to the few REAL journalists left, "Depp Throat" style! I'd love to see Harry disgraced and incarcerated!

Looks to me like the Law above states that Public Lands are for grazing and USGovt regulate to improve that grazing.
Good report. Looks like the Reid family solar deal was a red herring. That getting cows off that land will actually harm the tortoise is what is most egregious. Keeping that land grazed stimulates the plants that the tortoise needs for food.
