It's not an accident that Kornze was inserted into the BLM near the top ~3 years ago and is "suddenly" the Director.

Given that Congress has turned law making over to the Agencies, Reid is now effectively in charge of making the Law all by himself.

As another FReeper pointed out, "King John was fond of saying, "The law is in my mouth.". Now Rustler Reid is in charge of the Laws made by the BLM so that the Laws of the BLM actually come from the mouth of Rustler Reid.
