Star Trek actress Kate Mulgrew denies willing involvement in geocentrism documentary

As Star Trek: Voyager Captain Kathryn Janeway, Kate Mulgrew knew her way around a solar system or two. So there was a certain irony to the actress voiceover work in the upcoming documentary The Principle, which focuses on the notion of geocentrism: the idea that the sun revolves around the Earth.
But Mulgrew has dispelled the notion that she buys into the documentarys central premise, writing in a post on her Facebook page that she is not a geocentrist, nor am I in any way a proponent of geocentrism.
I was a voice for hire, and a misinformed one, at that, Mulgrew clarifies in the post about her involvement with the documentary, directed by Catholic author and theologian Robert Sungenis. I apologize for any confusion that my voice on this trailer may have caused.

Im not mad at Mulgrew, work is work, and she probably cant be picky.
Not be picky? Look at her now. Does she look starving? Do you think all the residuals have ceased? I'm not "mad" at her because she took the job. But I now question how sincere she is in ANY of her beliefs she is expressing now. Just another body for hire?

In all fairness, to a casual observer with very dark sunglasses, the sun does appear to revolve around the earth.

It could be worse. People in Kansas believe in the flat state theory.lol! As a Coloradoan, I hate to drive across Kansas. Interminably flat, hot, windy and dusty in the summer. Interminably flat, cold, windy and dusty in the winter. Even Prairie Dog Town (World's Largest Prairie Dog!) starts to look good after an hour or two of Kansas driving. The people are nice, though.

:’) well, magnitude declines as the numbers go up, so let’s call him 100th magnitude, because he’s obviously not too bright. :’)

But her voice...
Really? Didn't she host Masterpiece Theatre a while back? I don't remember her voice being off-putting, and I'm more audio-sensitive than not.

Turns out YOU really were just a voice for hire the same way others sell usage of their body parts.I was just a brain for hire all these years. Who knew I was prostituting myself. I'm so ashamed.

She spoke one sentence... Thats it. Everything we think we know abut our universe... is wrong. How can you get anything out of that?
Now, YOU HAVE wrongly intrepreted my responses to other posters. I LIKE Mulgrew. I always thought she was cute just like all the girls I was attracted to in high school and college...to my philosophical detriment. I have been speaking of prostitution in different manisfestations. Sold-out actors (actresses) are way way past knowing where I'm coming from.

You misspelled “Gallo” and they likely know that as well as Mogen-David, and a host of others.

Leonard Nimoy narrated quite a few shows, too. You got it, you use it.
