Matt Bevin, Sen. Mitch McConnells primary challenger, told a group of Kentucky voters that American workers are less productive than immigrants.
For those who think that all these fifteen to twenty million [illegal immigrant] people are here just to take advantage of us and ride the system, youre wrong, he said at a diner in Jessamine, Kentucky, in March.
Most of them are not
but Ill tell you what, there are more people like that even proportionally that were born here in this country, he added.

And actively keep the tow trucks away from the scene.
This guy’s political instincts and mouth control are non-existent.

—This disrespectful remark about American workers
Bevin is clearly not the caliber needed, to replace a wiley old political veteran like McConnel, like him or not.
Wow...Bevin is some kind of moron, and is now likely finished.
Agreed. But Bevin committed one of the worse unforced errors I’ve seen in recent memory.
(I didn’t miss the ironic twist...)
Turn out the lights; the party’s over. What in the hell was Matt Bevin thinking when he made that stupid remark. He should have known that McConnell and his team would be on that like white on rice. Well, here we go again..... Just damn!!!
IF WE WIN ONLY ONE AS TEA PARTY WE NEED TO WIN THIS ONE
_____________________________________________________________
As bad as it hurts me to say this, I think you can forget us winning this one. It’s over.
I didn’t think Bevin would win but I was hoping he could replace Rand.
Also for the Tea Party candidates who don’t make it in 2014 they can run again in 2016 in some cases there may be another RINO to challenge.
Mitch should offer to step aside for Jeff Sessions in respect to the workers.
In some ways it is good we are vetting candidates especially those that might run again in 2016. Hopefully conservative candidates look at what Bevin said and what Perdue said.
Look at someone like Steve King who never offends locals but gets under the skin of RINOS and liberals. This is why Colbert hates Steve King.

“Maybe we should be spending less time watching Comedy Central and more time considering all the real jobs that are out there — ones that require real hard labor and ones that don’t involve sitting behind a desk,” said Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa.
“If we did we’d realize that every day ... Americans perform the dirtiest, most difficult, most dangerous that can be thrown at them.”
Many of these workers, King said, “would prefer the aroma of fresh dirt to that of the sewage of American elitists who disparage them even as they flush.”
Stupid comments. I hope he does not mean what they appear to say.
This is part of his stance on immigration from his website:
“Matt is committed to prioritizing the fiscal, economic, and security interests of law-abiding Americans and taxpayers. He will work beyond the platitudes and demand that effective enforcement measures are implemented and the magnets that attract illegal immigrants are eliminated. An effective plan that stops the failed cycle of amnesty would include immediate enforcement of all the laws on the books, allowing states like Kentucky to enforce federal immigration laws without fear of reprisal from a rogue administration, and cutting off welfare benefits to those who come here illegally.”
Immediate enforcement of all laws on the books would include deportations.
While the statements quoted in the article are not helpful, we know McConnell has affirmatively backed amnesty in the past and reputedly was whipping for the recent Senate amnesty bill behind the scenes, while publicly opposing it. McConnell has been, and remains, a viper of the lowest order.
Go, Bevin (and talk to the people at NumbersUSA to get the straight story on the toll immigration—including legal immigration—is taking on our country).
Yep crime, drugs and welfare. Thats what you get when you try to absorb the entire underclass of another nation. We cannot afford it and frankly who wants it? If we wanted to live in a chithole we could move to a poor neighborhood in Mexico.
Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?
THERE’s A MONTH LEFT
GET OFF YOUR ASS AND HELP
Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?
THEREs A MONTH LEFT
GET OFF YOUR ASS AND HELP

Excuse me, Mr. K, but it was the Japanese who bombed Pearl Harbor not the Germans. Now.....
Was it over when Akin made one gaffe in an election we had in our pocket? YES! Was it over when Mourdock in IN made one gaffe? YES! What Bevin said was the sure mark of an amateur. And, I don’t think those ol’ Kentucky boys are going to appreciate him “implying” that illegal Mexicans work harder than they do. And Mitch McConnell will ride this until Election Day to make sure they get the word. Now, to address your last point:
I have been off my ass. I worked tirelessly for Ted Cruz in 2012. I worked my butt off and it paid off. I’ve been in constant contact with the Bevin Campaign via phone and e-mails. I’ve sent money to Bevin in KY and Chris McDaniel in MS. I’m going to be working for Rob Maness in LA, since I only live 7 miles from the LA line. My priority, as far as “leg work” is to see Mary Landrieu defeated. I’m not sitting on my ass.
Have a nice evening.
where did you take your negative cheerleading lessons?
Nice way to bring everyone down..
(And it was the Germans who bombed pearl harbor- just watch “Animal House” and you’ll see)
I live in a county overrun with illegals. If they work they work for cash so it looks like they have 0 income. Every single one of them has anchor babies and those babies get full benefits because of their parents 0 income. They get welfare cash, food stamps, WIC, and MediCal (Medicaid)for those anchor babies.
They live very well because it takes them almost nothing to live (it is mostly paid for via welfare received for the anchor babies) and they have all that cash to spend.
I am of the anything right of a Democrat (aka. Mitch) is better than Mitch.
It is better to take a chance on a businessman that isn’t “Washington Savy” than to stick with the same azz that we have.
That is one of the greatest comedy lines in movie history.
It is too bad that the typical “man on the street” wouldn’t even know that the Germans or Japanese fought us in WWII.
We are in deep trouble.
Unfortunately, not anymore. Ted Cruz had the budget thing won, if RINOs didn't help the media vilify the "closing" of the government. We can't accomplish anything to stop the invasion of the US, to balance the budget or stop Obamacare because of backstabbers in the Republican Party. It would be even worse if there's ever a majority RINO population in both the HOR and US Senate. We don't need more backstabbers.
Nice way to bring everyone down..

I don’t have to bring everyone down. Matt is doing a good enough job by himself. This, Todd Akin moment, was just the final straw. In this electronic information age, it only takes one misstatement to do you in. Matt found his last Saturday. I wish I could have back the money I sent his campaign so I could give it to Chris McDaniel or Ben Sasse or Rob Maness.
