There is one part of this that I don't get and it's not really explained that well in the press. Are these things actually happening just because the White House says so, or is this just wishful thinking and hopefully the public buys into it? How can the White House bypass Congress and funding lines to change important parts of the health care laws? Has Congressional authority been usurped? Isn't this supposed to be the signal for revolutions to begin or is the country too apathetic to care?

Obamacare was claimed to be deficit neutral because the spending increases on new subsidies were offset by new taxes and cuts like these. When they start cancelling the cuts, the story about Obamacare being deficit neutral go out the window.

Why the Democrat outcry?

Democrat candidates face gale force political headwinds: dissatisfaction in their own ranks, struggling voters live with a dismal economy, belief that Obama is dragging the country in the wrong direction (a surefire losing combination at the polls).

Democrats acknowledge that they need to embrace ObamaCare's positives, even though ACA is seen as a bigger failure now than it was when the party got soundly defeated in 2010.

We now have a piece of legislation we cannot afford, originally less unaffordable by way of cuts to an otherwise overburdened healthcare entitlement program, but now being made even more unaffordable by cutting out the cuts that were in the original POS? And, we are doing this at the behest of the very folks who passed this crap? And, we are doing it without the legislative process, again?
