There is one part of this that I don't get and it's not really explained that well in the press. Are these things actually happening just because the White House says so, or is this just wishful thinking and hopefully the public buys into it? How can the White House bypass Congress and funding lines to change important parts of the health care laws? Has Congressional authority been usurped? Isn't this supposed to be the signal for revolutions to begin or is the country too apathetic to care?
