You think the federal government doesn’t have the power to regulate marriage law in the military, federal employment and immigration?

Or that as long as one state has gay marriage that the federal government isn’t allowed to recognize it for federal ares described above?

Ted Cruz is pro-marriage, and supported DOMA, and wants to end federal gay marriage.

Cruz, Lee introduce ‘State Marriage Defense Act’

In a statement released Thursday, Cruz said, “I support traditional marriage. Under President Obama, the federal government has tried to re-define marriage, and to undermine the constitutional authority of each state to define marriage consistent with the values of its citizens. The Obama Administration should not be trying to force gay marriage on all 50 states."
