Fox News Channel anchor Shepard Smith spoke with Fox News Sunday anchor Chris Wallace on Friday about the ongoing investigation into the shooting at Ft. Hood when he expressed his revulsion over the debate over access to guns that follows a mass shooting. He said it was “nauseating” how both sides of the gun issue come out “screaming” largely before the victims have even been buried.
“If somebody wanted to bring a gun up here, you could bring a gun up here,” Smith observed. “You can’t stop every criminal in advance.”

Gun-grabbers like Piss Morgan immediately went to twitter and called for a gun-free America, before even thinking about the soldiers and their families.
he is in the news business. Speech is used in the news business. Seems kind of odd for a supposed newsman to be against speech. Why not just have a dictatorship and never discuss anything in public?
I stopped watching Fox a while ago. They are following the statist-corporatist meme for the most part now. Content and depth is appallingly slim on cable.

Shep certainly should know Nauseating after his performance on hurricane Katrina. Lockers full of bodies, roving gangs killing people and on and on. He should have been banned after that.

“Alone, unarmed and scared” was our motto when I was flying in tankers, but now I feel like I am staked out like a lamb for slaughter working as a simple servant on an Air Force Base.
I have a CCW in the state I am a resident, but can only have my sidearm of choice (Springfield Arms 45) unloaded and stored in my locked glove compartment with the ammo (39 rounds) stored in a separate part of my vehicle. If the Squadron I work in has an active shooter I will be one of the first gunned down with two other civilians. Nothing like being a sitting duck.
I would love nothing more than to be allowed to conceal or open carry my personal side arm along with the other members of my unit. All the civilians have CCW for our state and are former military. I served 25 years mostly carrying a .38 or M-9 more than the M-16 and would like nothing more than a fighting chance should we get an active shooter on our base. But, thanks to BJ Clinton, Lord Obama, and our feces for brain Secretary of Defense Chucky Hagel I will continue to be a sitting duck. How I despise liberals!

Yup. I had to buy my own. Nobody issued me one. Uh, lately.
Suppose that every time there was a financial crisis or scandal, an anti-Semitic faction came out with: “Blame the Jews!”
If that brought out others defending the Jews and attacking the anti-Semites, so be it.
(And only a covert anti-Semite seeking to elevate the attackers to the level of the defenders would wring his hands with a “brings out both sides” concern.)
