The house where serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer grew up and committed his first murder is for sale again in northern Ohio.
Situated on a private wooded lot in a wealthy neighborhood near Akron, the three-bedroom home is priced at $295,000.
The home was first listed two years ago before being pulled off the market. Realtor Rich Lubinski said it failed to sell then because of the depressed housing market and its notorious past. [ ]
The house isnt open for tours, and Lubinski will only show it to serious buyers. This is not a museum, he said.

Gross!!
Totally agree, but then I am a little biased having been born and raised in Bath. It is a fabulous and most beautiful town. In fact, we lived about a mile and a half from the Dahmer home. Before all the news came out, my sister even looked at buying that house! YIKES! It really is a beautiful home on a most lovely lot.
Cue Amityville Horror voice “GET OUT!”
Yup!
The jingle could go something like this!
“Ya put the leg bone in,
Ya take the leg bone out,
Ya put the leg bone in,
and ya shake it all about,...”
OMG I think I just lost my appetite. Actually it is not far fetch. I believe one of the Donner Party survivor actually opened up a restaurant.
Didn’t Jeffry gave his life to Christ 2 weeks before he was murdered?
Looks like someone is standing by the window =)
The thought came from the Cullen Davis mansion in Fort Worth. He was charged with a double murder in the mid-seventies, but later acquitted. His mansion was made into a dinner theater.
Sorry, dude. I got out of that state 35 years ago and never looked back.
I think it was more than two weeks. Maybe not a whole year.
