The house where serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer grew up and committed his first murder is for sale again in northern Ohio.
Situated on a private wooded lot in a wealthy neighborhood near Akron, the three-bedroom home is priced at $295,000.
The home was first listed two years ago before being pulled off the market. Realtor Rich Lubinski said it failed to sell then because of the depressed housing market and its notorious past. [ ]
The house isnt open for tours, and Lubinski will only show it to serious buyers. This is not a museum, he said.

Lubinski said he has gotten calls every day about the house since it went back on the market about two weeks ago. About half the people dont seem to care about its past, he said. The others, theyre immediately not interested, he said. This realtor will continue to sit on that house, I think.
He tells potential buyers that this house never killed anyone.
Room mates included. Some assembly required.
They should turn it into a restaurant. :)
Ewwww! LOL!!!
Could be offered as a possibility for a haunted bed and breakfast type business, same as the Lizzie Borden house.

What’s wrong with Ohio people? (Never visited there, so I honestly have no idea.)
CUSTOMER: "What do you recommend?"
WAITER: "Try the liver."
Something is eating into his profits.
Maybe the buyers have a bone to pick,

That might be the only sensible idea those folks have ever had, and it’s probably only 1/2 sensible.
Time to say a Hail Mary for J.D. and his victims. He was baptized in prison, IIRC. He said he deserved the death penalty, or to be murdered.
Well, I was a cop for 10 years in southwestern Ohio and had to go to northeastern Ohio a few times. I actually thought I was in a combat zone back in Africa for while. I was very happy to wear my.357 while up there.
He’s charging an arm and a leg.
