Some nerve to use the same words that George Casey used with respect to when Nidal Hasan went on his murder spree.

I don’t think we’re supposed to ask or wonder if he’s Muslim. Above all we are supposed to be politically correct.

Hagel? That question has been asked about him several times, what with his reputation for openly defending Islam. Just not asked by the right people.

It’s unbelievable to me, that on a military base, that trained military are not allowed to have weapons with them. Both of these Ft. Hood shootings would have had far less death or injuries if the military men and women on base had weapons on them.

It’s not too soon ... Obama is making it “open season” on soldiers at bases.

After Navy Yard shooting Hagel assured that he would have the Pentagon to a top to bottom investigation of security measures at all bases here or abroad. That was never done obviously.

Chuck Hagel says it’s too soon to draw any broad conclusions about safety at U.S. military bases after the deadly shootings at Fort Hood, Texas.

Uh, Chuckie? If a lone gunman can, in both cases, strut in and slaughter multiple unarmed service people, perhaps we can tentatively offer the hypothesis that just maybe the bodies on the ground do suggest a conclusion about safety on military bases? I mean, what the hell do you want?

One conclusion is painfully obvious... disarmed people are sitting ducks.

Arm the soldiers again , thats whats need to be done. The poor troops at military bases are like sitting ducks because they are disarmed

The risk is easily minimized. Drop the political correctness BS and allow all E-5s and above in good standing to open carry a side arm on post. Also have a fully armed platoon, that is, rifles and light machine guns, ready at all times in all combat arms posts. Like Fort Hood.

Hagel? Too soon?
You are still a dumbass.
You were a dumbass when you were in Nebraska, and you still are now.

Glad you left my state, but sad you are unleashed on America.

Something is very wrong here.

Three days before, they were looking for a particular guy that was supposed to pull of a Fort Hood Hasan scenario.

In other words, they had intelligence. Did they even check at Ft. Hood?? Or was that too obvious.

Also, I read that this dude bought his gun at the same store that Hasan did.

Maybe find out if he ever visited Hasan.

Another coincidence...Hasan got a promotion and went to Ft. Hood. Looks like this guy did, too.

Bet the FBI's shredding like crazy.

I believe if they armed folks, seargeants and up, just allowing sidearms to be carried per normal dress, etc, this would really cut into the military’s ability to use their bases as false flag incidents whenever the president deemed it necessary and wanted to do something legally impossible without such incident.
