I’m thinking that if a state were to go back to using the chair, an appeal for stay could be made that the power has to come from “green” sources.
This Tommy Lynn Sells has a history that should take him beyond any delays by the bench.

In a Texas prison, Sells confessed or was connected to other murders in West Virginia,
Kentucky, Tennessee, Illinois, Nevada, Arizona, Texas and the two murders in Forsyth, Mo.
Drano or LiquidPlumbr work real well too.

“NEXT!”
Yep, mix a cocktail for him, use 'em all.
Why not use illegal drugs seized by the state? I’m sure that a meth or heroin overdose would be effective.

Judge are not Judges any more, fifteen minutes of fame superceeds any Voter or jury decision. When the mandate is clear and a Judge intervenes they should be thrown off the bench and disbarred! We have become a Country of a voice of one, unless another Judge steps up to the plate! The Supreme Court can’t even follow the mandate of law without Politics coming in to play! Enough is enough!
Keeps ME in line, I’ll tell you what!
These individuals all sound troubled.

With any luck the State of Texas will take care of their
troubles by months end.
I think families of the victim could pedal a bicycle powered generator if they wanted. Sure it won’t be as powerful, and will take longer, probably have to let several family take turns to get it done.
Going to be a while, granny wants her turn to spark the child molester...
Safe?
If they work, by definition it isn’t safe.
Yeah, but they are effective.
We kill you back in texas
