Rep Luis Gutierrez doesn’t bother to make thinly-veiled threats. They are blatant and right out for all to see.
Gutierrez tries to provide legitimacy to the claim that B. Hussein Obama is an American citizen and then bizarrely asserts that as some type of basis for another irrational argument. He admonishes the House of Representatives, telling them if they don’t give Obama his amnesty for the illegals who have overrun the country, he’ll do it anyway.
The cat is out of the bag, and we just got proof. Get ready for Obama to couple himself with Abraham Lincoln when he illegally decrees amnesty. His minion just characterized him as wanting to be “an emancipator not a deporter.” He’s going to equate the liberation of citizen slaves with the legalization of citizens of Mexico.

Nobama has for all intents and purposes done amnesty with his refusal to deport 96% of those caught.
Even he would have a hard time finding a way to EO doing amnesty officially and especially to give them voting rights. This is just more empty threats to divert attention from something more important to the dems.
The LIBs/DIMs are doing so poorly (even with rampant election fraud) that they need new meat for their grinder. Throw all LIB/DIM/RINO-go-alongs out!

So. If he unilaterally “passes” amnesty, what is to stop him from unilaterally giving them immediate voting rights? Or unilaterally declaring they have the right to certain peoples private property?
Let Obama create amnesty. That act would be the thing that leads to his impeachment and removal from office.
Gutierrez should be in jail where he belongs. Not in Washington, D.C. Dumping Mexico’s poverty onto the backs of the American taxpayers is a crime. Louie should be telling his beloved Mexico to start taking care of their own people. Mexico’s poverty is not America’s problem.
Impeachment? Sure.
Removal from office? LOL!!!!! He could rape a 1 year old white toddler on the White House Lawn, and eat his still-beating heart -- right in front of rolling Propaganda Ministry cameras -- and Obama would still never be removed.
The most Obama can do is backdoor amnesty by refusing to prosecute and deport illegals.
He can’t order them to be granted citizenship, voting rights, etc.
Remember that the Emancipation Proclamation didn’t free the slaves (done with the 13th Amendment), make them citizens (14th Amendment) or give them the right to vote (15th Amendment).
As it is, even just refusing to prosecute and deport illegals is going to create a huge mess by triggering all sorts of lawsuits. Nevermind that any/every bad thing (crimes, etc) done by an “emancipated” illegal can then ALSO be immediately hung around the neck of the Dems.
This is, IMHO, a very very good political outcome for Conservatives. It makes Dems own the “illegal” problem as much as they own Obamacare.

While the illegals are provisional they can NOT vote in American elections. Dems want compromise - here it is - they can't buy voters by giving away citizenship.
That’s not a bad starting point. I wouldn’t go the “Provisional Citizen” route, just make another class along the lines of a Legal Provisional Resident (replacing the term “Permanent”).
Then demand significant restrictions and checks on Motor Voter, mandatory involvement with that voter scrubbing database that just identied all those potentially fraudulent voters in NC AND cessation of opposition to requiring an ID to vote.
Probably some more stuff out there too that I haven’t thought of.

The nicest thing about my system is it will expose the truth. Dems don’t give a flip about the illegals. They’re trading citizenship for votes... period.
Here’s another compromise.
How about setting up an alternate special needs only polling site for the disadvantaged voter (i.e. illegals, homeless, felons, insane, dead people, etc). Provide them free transportation (air conditioned bus with snack bar) to and from the polling site. Do not require identification. Let them vote as many times as they want. Tell them the big blue ballot box is for democratic party ballots and the little red one is for the the other partys. Assist them if the need arises (no read or comprehende English). Give them a free gift voucher (expiration dated yesterday) each time they vote (i.e. for cigarettes, booze, marijuana, food, toaster, cruise, casino, etc).
After the election closes, lock the doors, turn in the blue ballot box, stash the red ballot box in the trunk of a old oldsmobile. Then get the hell out of Dodge and ditch the car in an Arkansas junk yard.
Nah, it’ll never work... right. :)
