The Tonight Show will have a special guest on tonight’s show: Sarah Palin. The show’s Twitter account made the announcement Wednesday afternoon, saying the former Alaska governor will be stopping by the show to “do something fun” with host Jimmy Fallon.

The scheduled guests for Wednesday night’s show are Denis Leary, Cat Deeley along with musical guest Nickel Creek. It appears unlikely that Palin will sit down with Fallon for an interview, but perhaps will join him for some type of sketch to promote her new reality series Amazing America, which premieres tomorrow night on the Sportsman Channel.

By going on this idiot's show, she legitimizes the moron as some kind of celebrity and further subjects herself to the parsing and editing of anything she says that can be made to humiliate or insult her later.
Also gives the SNL crowd material whether she says anything controversial or not. They've already done it to her in spades.

Short and straight to the point. As one who had watched the farce of Katie Couric with Sarah, I knew then what is object of these narcissistic people. They are pure liberals, dyed in the wool so to speak. All they wish to do is to denigrate a conservative person. Try every smooth trick in the book, to trip them up. Then they can be congratulated by the sycophants around them.
I cannot imagine why sensible people put themselves in a position like this. Do they fall prey to the idea that they have to make liberals like them? I really respect and admire Sarah though.

Fallon had all the big libs on including Mooch and I decided I wasn’t going to watch. I don’t think he’s funny either and those juvenile skits are just not funny. However, I do like Dennis Leary a lot and of course Sara, so may have to watch just that part.
I wonder if he’ll introduce her with the same song he used for Michele Bachmann.
I miss Leno. He should come back on TV. Fox would do well to hire him.
