There are lots of Mexicans named Ivan. It’s a very common name in Latin America and Mexico, in particular.

There were a lot of Russians there in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and I assume that’s where the name came from.

However, this guy was born and brought up in the US, in Tucson.

I thought that Tucson was a lib hell-hole rather than being a real part of America (Aircraft boneyard notwithstanding).
