Lunch lady said I cant pray, 5-year-old tells her parents -- http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3138027/posts
A local (Oviedo, Seminole County, FL) newsource also posted this yesterday: http://m.local10.com/news/5yearold-seminole-county-student-says-teacher-told-her-not-to-pray/25267594
Thanks, Lauren Roth.
The interaction in Gabriella's words:
grumpy lunch lady/teacher: "It's not good to pray" Gabrielle (at ~ :45 & again at 1:05, brightening up): "I said, 'It *IS*good!'."
She has the right to pray unless she insisted on doing so through the schools PA system.
It’s court time and this should make a nice college fund for this little girl. Maybe a nice big house for when she is 21 with money in the bank as well.
Who you gonna believe? A young child who says her teacher told her to stop praying or a liberal, sounds like athiest teacher who is going to be distributing Common Core propaganda to your children soon? Hmm...
She would have been allowed to pray, but she forgot to bow in the direction of Mecca first
THIS is why my daughter goes to Catholic school: they pray in the morning, at lunch, and at the end of the day. If there’s time in between, her nun teacher says the rosary or chaplet of Divine Mercy with them.
Parents should make every effort to get their kids out of the toxic, Common Core-infested, indoctrination camps known as public schools.
There is good info in this article w/answers to the questions we were asking last Thursday:
* YES! Gabriella taken out of school.
* YES! principal notified.
* YES! law firm (Liberty Institute, Plano TX) takes note.
* YES! cya has begun.
Yeah. I agree. They’ve been suing us for “freedom from religion’ which is not in the Constitution. It’s freedom OF religion you dolts. Its time to start suingthem back for something that IS in the Constitution and guaranteed as a right.
I KNOW!! immediate full-scale blame-the-victim cya mode.
Goliath vs praying little girl... what a sweet demeanor she has. I wish the family well through all this.
Why is this child not in Private either Catholic or Christian School? That is why we have them. Everyone knows you can’t pray in a public school. That is one of many reasons that we send our kids to Catholic School.
“The Perezes said they accelerated existing plans to home-school her.”
Praise God and high five to the parents.
The lunch lady from hell. Photo on previous thread thanks to RedBadger.
She needs a prayer room.
Quick!
Get her a prayer room. With a foot bath.
Don't you know it! Same observation made on previous thread.
It will be interesting to see where it goes from here, as David / Goliath line up.
*Sigh* It’s only going to get worse. We’re being destroyed from within.

Gabrielle (at ~ :45 & again at 1:05, brightening up): "I said, 'It *IS*good!'."
Next time she prays, she should face east-northeast and say that she’s facing Mecca. That will put a stop to the harassment.
Hi, cyn. spongebob throw you gave me for Christmas long time ago I still have it. I’m certain it was from you unless my memory is really bad. Great to see your thread. FV
Hi, fv (hug), happy spring!
