The judge should be in prison
Some people NEED a beating...with a cricket bat.
I thought this was going to be in another country. What shame that it’s in ours.
Judgy-Wudgy should fare well with this sentence some nice kickbacks should be coming his way any day.
Prison? Assuming the facts are as presented, the judge should be hanged from the nearest tree.
Sexually abused his young son, too.
Is he related to the Kennedy clan?
I’ll lay odds “treatment” will fail and the perv will strike again.
these judges don’t mind sending skinny petite white boys into prison for weed possession to be abused endlessly by the prison animals, but gee its just too much to send a richy rich to prison to face the same fate....
“A Superior Court judge who sentenced a wealthy du Pont heir to probation for raping his 3-year-old daughter...”
Biased much? Just wait for the class warefare to ensue... Take. The. Bait.
Years ago one of the du Ponts wsa in prison for murder he died in the system in Pennsylvania. He was involved with some wrestling clinic and tried to have sex with one of the wrestlers. Must run in the family.
They should both be in prison where they both could receive some justly deserved probation!
A 4 month old baby girl was raped to death...literally, in NM. Her rapist is poor so will do time until his time is up in prison.
This DuPont heir deserves the same. Equal justice under the law ain’t what it used to be. Corporations run this country.
Seriously, tell me this judge was not paid off. The whole thing stinks.
No jail time is right.
casstration.
There are some crimes that should not be tolerated in civilized society. This is one such.
A judge that condones this behaviour should be removed from the bench.
The judge is condonng the behaviour by nnot providing a punishment worthy of the crime committed.
I cannot even imagine being sexually turned on by a child of any age, much less a 3 year old.
