Sad but true, this is the way it works in the United States. Two men entered a convenience store, pointed their guns at the clerk, and robbed the store. As they exited the store, an armed citizen confronted them. The robbers pointed their guns at the honest citizen and he shot and killed both of them.
Now the family of one of the dead robbers wants justice. They want to sue the honest citizen. And leave it to the media to give the families of armed robbers a forum.
In what has become a cliché, the mother of an armed robber takes to the airwaves to say, He was a good boy. This family then has the nerve to say the robbers didnt deserve to be shot; that an honest citizen had no right to fire at two boys who pointed their guns at him. The family then goes on to say that while their boy was a known drug user, he likely only robbed the store so he could get money to pay his child support. It is a seven-minute video, but it should make your blood boil:

If they manage to sue, they should lose and end up paying all the court and legal costs.

Their real gripe is they wont be able to claim the kid as a tax deduction anymore. Kids are considered ‘income’ in their world.

Yeah, the story notes that, but the family wants to force the armed citizen to rack up thousands of dollars in legal fees so that their armed robber thug can get their "justice."
Never mind the fact that they DID get their justice.

The shooter needs to to file a counter suit naming the family and the states. He needs to present evidence of what a horrible human dogpile the deceased was. He also needs to prove what horrible parents the dogpile had growing up. He needs to seek attorneys fees and damages for pain and suffering. He needs to sue the state for not taking better care of its dependents.

Of course there should be a lawsuit!
The hero-citizen should sue the scum families that spawned these creatures for emotional trauma.

Dysfunctional family member doesn’t think private citizens should use guns to “take the the law into their own hands”. Doesn’t seem to have a big issue with private citizens using guns to break the law and terrorize innocents.
Warped family values led to this tragedy. Obama’s people.
