I’m not sure what it says. But very strange. 'President Putin said "this boy is as cute as a pet," then kissed him in front of his astonished parents. The official spokesman refused further comment on the incident.'
Bloody strange is Too Right. Reminds me of Saddam Hussein and his bizarre photo ops with kids.
