So, in essence what Reid is saying is that the overwhelming problems people are having with the ObamaCare web site is not as result of incompetence, ineptitude, myriad of technical issues people are experiencing at Healthcare.gov but that of stupid people who don't know how to use the internet.
He seems to have intellectual shortcomings more severe than what he claims about the American people.
