"According to Nielsen Audio Metro data, Savage at least doubled Hannitys average quarter-hour (AQH) rating in two major markets (New York and Dallas) and at least tripled his rating in Chicago and Savages hometown of San Francisco:"

For the 2nd month in a row, Savage is absolutely and undeniably demolishing the Wallbanger in every market where they compete. In fact the gap is increasing. Also, Savage has higher numbers on WABC in NY than any other host including the so-called great one.
Perhaps the wallbanger should go back to hanging drywall.
Savage haters to chime in in 3....2....1.

Savage is a navel gazing 'tard.
(Though he gets many things right.)
Hannity is only useful in the two months before an election.

He’s a condescending pompous ass. Trouble is, which one am I talking about?

I don’t really care for Savage, but Hannity is an idea whose time has long since ended. On radio AND TV. I’d love to see FNC put Greta back in her old time slot and let Hannity retire to Florida or wherever.

I love Savage.....he’s a throwback. There is nobody like him. I’ll dearly miss his shows someday when he retires.
Hannity? He vomits out the GOPe talking points. I can’t take it.

I’m not a Savage “hater”, though I will say that at least when I listen to Hannity I don’t end up with a headache, can’t say the same for Savage.

I like them both for different reasons...and Rush and Levin, also, a lot!
Why these guys feud is beyond me.

Sean should rename his radio program to:
Hack Hannity and the Karl Rove Sidekicks.

When you look at "The Answer's" lineup in Dallas (AM 660), it reeks of "blah":
Bill Bennett, Mark Davis, Mike Gallagher, Hannity, Medved really don't do anything for me. Prager's ok, but he's on when I'm at work.
Their most conservative talker is Jon David Wells, but they bumped him to 8PM to midnight.

Wallbanger has to be fairly concerned by these ratings. He was thinking January would be bad but that he’d improve in February as people searched for his new station.
The opposite is happening. Savage’s share is increasing from January (i.e. more people are finding him.) Hannity’s numbers are decreasing or staying flat at best.

Hannity can be so boring. Haven’t seen or listened to him in 6 months. I don’t miss him at all.

I don’t listen to anyone regularly, but I absolutely don’t listen to people that give me a headache and Savage is on that list.

Can't take Savage. Can't take Hannity on many days, but I really can't take Savage. On the drive home, I don't even flip on ABC, unless it's after 5pm.
The move from ABC to WOR didn't help Hannity at all. I don't know if he thought everyone would follow, or at least figure that Rush as a lead-in would keep his ratings, or what.
Now I'm curious what Curtis & Kuby's ratings are like in Rush's old slot.

We don’t get Savage here, so I can’t comment on his style or positions.
I congratulate him on his success, But why does he need to trash others who probably agree with him 95% of the time? seems a bit arrogant and classless.

Actually I don’t mind Hannity. I really don’t watch him unless it happens I turn on the tv at his time slot, though.
But I can’t figure out why he had Palin on so much when she was out of office, not running for anything and hadn’t really much to say. Don’t get me wrong, I like Palin but it’s supposed to be a news show. She was asked on over and over again for opinions.
I actually thought he was having an affair with her at one point, because it made so little sense to me.

I honestly believe all of his trashing is mostly "tongue in cheek." He likes making up funny names for people. He has a very dark sense of humor. Not everyone gets his sarcasm. I personally laugh at it. I know he doesn't seriously mean Wallbanger any harm.
Plus, creating a "pseuodo-fued" is great marketing when you are going head to head and you are the underdog. Everyone will want to hear what you are going to say.
