I refuse to allow the left to tell me what language I can use. I have to put up with the "f" word in almost every movie or cable tv show I watch because the Left thinks it is "edgy". They can put up with the term "homosexual". Homosexual is the proper term for someone who is attracted to the same sex as they are. Heterosexual is the proper term for someone who is attracted to the opposite sex. There is no "perjorative" nature in either term. However, I would like homosexuals to stop using the word "breeder" to describe me just because I had children. I am not livestock.

Frankly, what should be protested, is the all too common misuse of the adjective "gay." Exhibitionists, who seek to deliberately offend others by "in-your-face" antics, calling attention to their behavioral peculiarities, should not be allowed to appropriate English usage which was once far better applied to a happy, flirtatious girl, enjoying the attention of nice young men.
No, we are not word police, and will not be able to stop the present misusage; but we can certainly ignore the advice of those who corrupt language.
