Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?
So how can a Creationist so insistently claim that the Earth is "perfectly" situated? That the atmosphere has the "perfect" balance of gases? Obviously, the set-up must have changed since the Edenic Era. Can anyone explain this to me?

I wasn't trying to "explain" the Bible. I am more than willing to admit that my understanding of the Bible and/or mainstream Christian dogma is exceedingly poor. That's why I was asking for some clarification: Isn't any pro-Creationist argument which cites the impossibly "perfect condition" of Earth in fact anti-Biblical? Is, according to mainstream dogma, the Earth not in fact in a "lousy" state?

Why do you believe a dogma which says that animals evolved when you have absolutely no fossil proof of one animal evolving to another? There would have to be millions of mutations littering the earth and you cannot produce one verifiable example.
Prove evolution if there is no God. Prove it to a skeptic if it is a fact.

The current evidence is that it does not. The current rise in global temperature is about 0.08C per decade (less than 1C in a century) which is trivial. It is also well below model predictions. The models cannot model weather and because of that they have failed to predict the lull in warming and also mistook the more rapid warming in the 80's and 90's as manmade when in fact it was partly natural from terrestrial ocean cycles (more El Nino) and increased solar activity during the 20th century.
The key point is that AGW is not a "hoax" but Dangerous AGW is a myth. Not only does DAGW not exist in the real world, most alleged consequences of DAGW like rapid warming of the Arctic or "extreme weather" are at least partly if not mostly natural. In the case of the Arctic it follows patterns that are evident in 10,000 years of fossil records. In the case of extreme weather the weather is certainly not as extreme as the 30's, and if anything we have had more benign weather than the historical norm (see Pielke Jr who shows that costs from weather events are flat or decreasing).
