The F.B.I. agent who fatally shot a Chechen man in Orlando during an interrogation in May about the Boston Marathon bombing suspects has been cleared of wrongdoing by a prosecutor in Florida and by an F.B.I. internal review, according to law enforcement officials.
Another review, by the Justice Department, which is almost complete, is expected to conclude that the agent followed proper guidelines on the use of force when he killed the Chechen, Ibragim Todashev, according to the officials. The officials spoke on the condition of anonymity because they did not want to jeopardize their access to classified information.
None of the reports have been publicly released. The Florida prosecutor, Jeffrey L. Ashton, has said his findings will be released on Tuesday. In a written statement, he denied that he had made a final decision.
“The release of purported information is inaccurate and unfair to Mr. Todashev’s surviving family and the police officers involved in the incident and their families,” Mr. Ashton said. “It also contravenes and frustrates all of the efforts to date by employees of the F.B.I., D.O.J. and this office for the orderly and safe release of information,” he added, referring to the Department of Justice.
Civil rights and civil liberties groups criticized the F.B.I.’s findings, saying that it was not surprising that the F.B.I. had once again determined that one of its agents had not violated its policy on the use of force.

In this case, Holder/ FBI decided that this moslem knew too much about the Tsarnaev brothers’ background, so Whoops after midnight inside the Orlando apartment they shoot him 6 or 7 times including once in the back of the head to make 100% sure he cannot spill the beans on Hussein’s jihadi footsoldiers and purposeful domestic sleeper cells.

What about the 2 FBI agents a couple weeks after the Boston Marathon bombing? During a training exercise at sea they roped out of a helicopter only to discover the rope wasn’t really attached to the helicopter too well. Both died. Whoops.

IF Todashev went after the agent, he asked to be shot IMO. However, we don’t really know what happened. I also imagine that if this happened under a Repubican presidency, the ACLU, et al, would be baying for blood.
The FBI feared that this martial-arts buddy might have known OlderBro Todashev was a US asset at one time, which would have made it seem like the FBI shared at least some culpability for the Boston Bombing.
When instead, like Icarus flying too closely to the Sun, he had been flipped by those he had started out seeking to infiltrate and had gone rogue.
So with this guy there was only one way for the ChurchBurners to be sure he stayed quiet.
