Unlike the Florida race where GOPe candidate Jolly beat the Democrat, the Tea Party was in essence the “third party” in the form of Scott Wagner running against the Republican and Democrat candidates as a write-in.
The conservative grassroots here in my county (York) showed up to vote Wagner in. We are mad with the alleged Republican majority in our legislature that won’t go against the unions with pension reform or abolition of the unionized state stores that monopolize distribution of adult beverages.
We are even madder that the GOP controlled legislature and “Republican” Governor Tom Corbett dumped at 28 cent a gallon gas tax increase on us late last year.
Isthe CAP formally connected to the Tea Party?
They just got put on notice.
And as for Corbett... my beef with him is for not coming down with BOTH feet on this lunatic Attorney General for dropping the investigation into four Democrats taking payoffs.
They have over 400 HOURS of video/audio of these four Philly Democrats - and maybe others - taking payoff money, and she dropped the investigation.
She’s Democrat first, and AG second.
And Corbett, in typical GOP fashion, isn’t fighting back at all.
“Unlike the Florida race where GOPe candidate Jolly beat the Democrat”
Jolly was never gope, Jolly was the last guy willing to run after about 4 other GOPe turned it down.
