Isthe CAP formally connected to the Tea Party?
Not a coincidence I'm sure as that is when the Tea Party Movement exploded on the scene thanks in part to Free Republic.

The CAP is pro free market economics with its executive director saying the idea is to nudge the eternally progressive Pennsylvania GOP in a more conservative direction.
Its not a formal “TEA PARTY” group but by its mission ends up helping real conservatives in GOP primaries.
The article says no, and it was formed four years before the tea party.
