Springfield XDm .45 all the way!
Mine’s the 4.5” bi-tone. Working with Springfield to get a threaded barrel for a suppressor so I don’t blow my ears out using it for home defense.

A representative from the Milwaukee County District Attorneys Office says the case is under review by their homicide unit but there is no word yet about possible charges.
Ah our brain dead legal system at work again at its finest, what are they going to charge him with - “Defending himself for not wanting to be beaten to death”

Three young adults, armed with a deadly weapon (the bat) against one older maintenance man, holding him down and battering him while he was doing his job.
Open and shut case of self defense.

WI has a
felony murder statute. If the 20 year old is seen on the video as participating in any way in the battery, then the DA can charge him. This would help the shooter, since this way the DA has somebody else to charge.

In the article comments section, the ferals’ friends are going on about how nice the two killed were. Other commentators are telling the friends off.

There is supposed to be one or two videos of the event.

Another article says "Sources say Bell put the worker in a bear hug and started to choke him. Miller grabbed a small baseball bat and started to hit the worker. Police say Alls punched him, as well".
Bell was the 19 year old guy. Miller, the sweet young 17 year old girl, was the one hitting him with the bat. Alls is the surviving 20 year old.
IMHO, a 17 year old girl with a bat is armed with a deadly weapon, particularly when part of a group of fit young adults. The guy had ample justification for shooting them both. And the 20 year old, as a participant in assault with a deadly weapon (the bat), should be charged with two counts of felony murder. He was also released, possibly because the DA figured there was no way to avoid an OJ jury in the case.

Glad he has been released. Now I hope that the three stogies that handling this case can do something correct like get their act together and stop looking like idiots.
They look like perfect choices for the mac daddy DOJ.

Self defense is a basic human right
...Not to liberals in Milwaukee.
Self defense is a criminal act, to them.

I wonder how many liberals in Milwaukee would not defend themselves if they were in this same situation, and had the means to do so
I know-—too many people, as well as politicians in WI think guns are bad! and the electorate keeps voting for them.
It is what it is-—and sometimes, what it is is poor protoplasm between the ears

Fifth Amendment. Smart. Go to jail for a few days now and avoid years of prison later.
