MILWAUKEE (WITI) FOX6 News is learning more after two teens were shot to death on Milwaukees north side on Wednesday afternoon, March 12th. Milwaukee police say a 39-year-old maintenance worker is in custody at the Milwaukee County Jail in connection with the shooting. But could this be a case of self-defense?
A 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl were shot and killed in an apartment building near 27th and Vliet on Wednesday afternoon. The shooting reportedly occurred after some sort of argument.
Milwaukee police on Thursday identified the 19-year-old and 17-year-old. The 19-year-old is identified as James Bell, Jr. The 17-year-old is identified as Anmarie Miller.
Family members tell FOX6 News the two were a couple, who had young children together.
She has two babies and it`s just she wont be there now. We will help support those children. I lost a family member, and thats all my concern is right now, Millers cousin, David Guerrero said.
He wasnt a bad kid. Its just everybody makes bad decisions in their life. Things dont go as planned. I wish the outcome wouldve been better, Devonte Coleman, a friend of Bells said.
A representative from the Milwaukee County District Attorneys Office says the case is under review by their homicide unit but there is no word yet about possible charges.

Self defense is a basic human right ...
Appears the man who was actually working at the time was the victim....
Feral Amish were the ones that died.
These were THUGS, not “teens”...stop mangling the language for political correctness, MSM!
If you work in the jungle, you need to be prepared to defend yourself from the indigenous, feral habitation.
Should have been indigenous and/or feral.
Ya notice how many times the article mentioned “Teens” as if they were all having cookies and milk at grandmas when they bad man working shot them to death...
The Sheriff of M’woki County, Mr. Davis, was on a panel discussing concealed carry during the recent CPAC conference. I saw the event live on C-SPAN. Sheriff Davis is very much in agreement with concealed carry and the natural right of self-defence against deadly force.
“Teens” is used as a synonym for “black assailants.” Whenever you see the words “teen” or teens” in MSM it is black assailants that are being referenced. When you see “teens” read black assailants or black thugs who have initiated violence, usually but not always, against white victims.
My compassion meter isn't even twitching.
Davis??? Milwaukee County’s sheriff is David Clarke.
The top law enforcement officer in this case is Milwaukee police chief Ed Flynn. He went on the radio and said that the issue in this case was that the shooter would not make a statement to police. After a brief, initial statement, he lawyered up and the chief said they had to pursue charges so the case could be resolved in the courts. He didn’t say it wasn’t a self-defense shooting, just that the shooter wasn’t talking, so they had to charge him and he can argue self-defense as his defense.
It is unusual for a self-defense shooting to get charged in this area.
No charges and the victim is still in jail? At least he had the sense to not make a statement and ask for a mouthpiece...er...barrister.
The maintenance guy did a public service, and he's smart not talking to the cops without a lawyer present.
Is the 20 year old member of this little group of thugs, who survived the encounter, still on the loose? I had read he was released. What’s up with that?
Welcome to the Jungle baby... but in this Jungle... sometimes the prey bites back harder!
In many states the 20 year old would be charged with murder since he helped cause the death of the couple.
Sounds like a good shoot....a baseball bat.....never bring a bat to a gun fight!!!
I frequent this same area in Milwaukee in my line of work and I legally conceal carry a springfield arms xdm 45. Milwaukee is the 7 th level of helll, many feral mongrels looking to get whitey. Authorities were concerned about a race riot which still could happen as soon as the poverty pimps smell blood in the water.
“Sheriff Davis is very much in agreement with concealed carry and the natural right of self-defence against deadly force.”..... Milwaukee’s Chief of Police on the other hand is DEFINITELY NOT in favor of ANYONE having a weapon.
The Sheriff Davis is just doing his job correctly and will let the courts (and our self defense law) run its course.
