The problem of illegal immigration in America is only getting worse as the years go by. And as those on both sides of the aisle pitch their “solutions,” it’s become all too clear that too often they aren’t addressing one of the root causes of the problem to begin with. It’s true our borders are not secure at all, despite what the Obama administration would like you to believe. But why the mad dash to enter the States? Simply put, there are jobs to be had—even though we’re a nation struggling with high unemployment.

There’s a reason and (imho) it’s culture not race.
Immigrants from central Africa in the U.S. labor force average more years in college than U.S. multi-generational descendants of immigrants from the same areas and same genotypes.
I can readily believe this. When I lived in Florida, the Haitians who came over on rickety boats were reputedly eager to work and better themselves. I ran into a couple of them working in my local market, really pleasant, helpful people.
And the local homies on welfare hate them because of that.
Yes, I know the Haitian gangs are the most merciless, but I cannot condemn a whole group because of the bad guys.
Bingo! How many blacks do you see at Home Depot looking for work? And how many hispanics do you see begging on street corners? It doesn’t take a rocket surgeon to figure this out.
But those Haitian gang members are highly motivated to make money!
The homies think they are really sticking it to whitey by living in housing projects and on welfare and foodstamps. Little do they realize that is exactly where the KKK and DNC want them.

What I am trying to say is that pretty much any foreigner that comes to America has grown taught by their parents to be a bit more motivated to succeed.
American black people have been Socialized by the collectivists since 1965 to take handouts from Whitey McCracker-Honkey so their humanity has been stripped from them as a result.
Collectivism, no matter the form, destroys people, communities, states, nations, the environment, and everything else it touches.

A sizable portion of the black population gets paid for voting. Illegals don’t have that option.
Out of 12 million illegals there is only 7 or 8 million workers?

The black population is more aged than the illegal population. It is hard to know.

I know a Hispanic with a green card. I asked him about his job and they were working him 60 hours a week at $12/hour. I asked about premium pay and he didn’t get any. I said Florida law required it. He said, “I told them I’m illegal. Otherwise they wouldn’t have hired me.”
(Since then he’s started his own business and is doing well.)
