Come on up. We’ll have a few beers and talk about hypotheticals...

No, seriously. What happens after that which you dare not elaborate at FR? How will that possibly, practically lead to restoration of our freedoms?
Same way the events of 1776 led to the birth of a new Nation.
Not a “revolution” this time though. We’ve had that. We need a “restoration”. Tear down what currently is, replace it with what it is actually supposed to be.

That is why an Article V state amendment convention, rather than violence, is the way to proceed. Our Framers didn’t have peaceful means to redress grievances. We do.
I certainly hope that voter fraud is considered a federal felony and voting rights are suspended for life.
You can say what you like, but there is no voter fraud. How can it be widespread and undetected? -Colon Powell
...has served enough time....

Well, yeah, we’ve got primaries coming up and then the November elections. Melowise gots to get out and start plannin’ more voter fraud.
I hope the conditions of her release include an injunction to never be within 100 years of an active polling place for the rest of her miserable life.

And even if such conditions of release stated this, who would enforce it. My money says she’s up to her old tricks in no time.
Sure... state convention. Let the Dems re-write the Constitution the government isn’t already following.
The Founders tried to get the King to follow British law. When that failed, they resorted to violence.
We’ve had 80 years of the government increasingly not following the Constitution. You think Art V is going the change ANYTHING?
Are there other clauses of the Constitution you oppose?
I don’t oppose any of them. In fact, I think our government would work great... If they followed ANY of them.
They aren’t. So trying make an appeal to an Article is pretty much ignoring reality and using it as an excuse for your pacifism...
