Staff members at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington are enduring viewpoint-corrective training sessions in far-left political topics like heterosexual privilege, gender privilege and language privilege.
The monthly sessions are known as Cultural Competency Staff Meetings, and require that staff members discuss controversial issues and listen to lectures from experts on topics like white privilege and sexism, according to Campus Reform.
The meeting agendas are largely secret, and staff members have been swore to secrecy. One employee, however, gave an interview to Campus Reform explaining some of the details.
I felt I would be discriminated against based on my political and religious beliefs, and because I dont believe the content of the meetings will reduce racism or other isms, said an anonymous WWU employee. The primary theme of the meetings makes people considered privileged feel guilty and minorities feel self-pity.
Staff members were specifically told not to discuss what went on during the sessions with anyone else. The meetings are barred to the public.
After some staff complained that the meetings amounted to little more than indoctrination, attendance was made voluntary.

These diversity training meetings tend to increase any ill feelings towards the group supposedly experiencing discrimination.
I wonder if the contracts continue provisions to force companies to do this? Wouldn’t surprise me a bit.

Exactly. These bastards in the college administration HR dept don’t want these sessions brought to light because they know they are wrong. They don’t mind “reeducating” others to their inflexible orthodoxy, but they don’t want their orthodoxy scrutinized by the general public.

A huge portion of each government contract is dedicated to social goals, employing women and minorities, highly compensated blacks (they don’t specify black, but HR at the company in question told me they only count blacks.) They deal with environmental issues that cross the border into insane. In many contracts you not only can’t use standard chromium plated MIL connectors, but you also can’t even deal with a company that uses “polluting” or forbidden processes in ANY of their products, whether you’re buying those products or not.
The $600 toilet seats and $900 hammers are due to the clauses in the contract. They’re not (generally) because the item is overpriced in and of itself. It’s the other requirements not related to toilets or nailing that drive up the price.
Results don't matter as long as your intentions are good and follow liberal dogma.
Here is the issue: Is there an objective standard for morality or is it simply subjective? There has been a common law objective standard for over two thousand years that homosexuality is a perversion of the natural, now we are going to rebut that with what? Cos we wanna?

Racial Identity Disorder is an abnormal psychological condition where the subject wishes they were another race.
This disorder is marked by having 2 or more of the following symptoms:
#Refusal to be addressed by any other race.
#Engagement in activities stereotypical of the other race.
#Extreme disgust of there own race (adversion to skin color, body type, or social status).
#Adoption of typically dress, speech, and behavior of racial group in question.
#Changing name to further represent other race.
#Relocation to area prevalent with said race.

My daughter has a good friend who graduated college (not sure of her major). She started as an assistant manager for Tractor Supply several years ago and now has her own store. She really likes it.

This is exactly why, when/if doctors end up asking about guns, words & actions should be chosen very carefully.
I hit 'back' before replying last night in that thread, primarily because there is no reply that wouldn't be used against me.
That stated, having slept on it, when doctors become agents of the State (as, it seems, University officials have become in many cases), the proper reaction should be silence in said forum, or, to coin a phrase, "The Lerner Defense", and later anonymously expose the State as one or more of these University staff members have.
