(CNN) -- Modern-day peeping Toms in Massachusetts, the sorts who get their thrills snapping "upskirt" photos on crowded subways, now have their behavior criminalized.
Gov. Deval Patrick signed a bill Friday, according to his office, making photographing or recording video under a person's clothing -- think down a blouse or up a skirt -- a misdemeanor.
"The legislation makes the secret photographing, videotaping, or electronically surveiling of another person's sexual or other intimate parts, whether under or around a person's clothing or when a reasonable person would believe that the person's intimate parts would not be visible to the public, a crime," Patrick's office said in a prepared statement.
The crime is punishable by up 2½ years in jail or a fine of up to $5,000.

This kind of behavior used to be good for a but kicking.

I never had active ink wells, so I don't know about puttin' the pigtails of the girl in front of you IN them ... but Nancy Smith hated Fluffernutters and loved PBJ's and that's all I ever had so ... we traded ... and became good .... I mean GOOD ... friends .... in the first grade.

I hope that kitty isn’t from Massachusetts.
Now I know why the TSA bought all that dynamite.
Deval just signed a law making their nude-o-cam machine illegal.
Read the text about “ or when a reasonable person would believe that the person’s intimate parts would not be visible to the public”.
Massachusetts government officials are not noted for following the law.

I’m sure it’ll work just as well as their gun control.
Just as some dims are rejecting their leader, some may be switching on a light here and there.
I went to a Catholic parochial school in NYC 50 something years ago. Little girls were ‘talked to’ by the nuns if they wore mirror shiny patent leather shoes.
I think there was a musical about that.
Here’s the REAL problem . . . stairwells. I heard stories from a female family member tback when ALL that were available in the clothing stores (’60s) were pants and VERY short skirts. The girls would descend down the stairwells, and the boys would leer up from the bottom. She opted for the pants.
My wife makes most of my girls’ clothes, and a good deal of her own, despite better market conditions these days.

I prefer “Everything I Ever Needed To Know I Learned on STAR TREK (TOS)”
Watch the episode “Charlie X”.
Yeah. Sounds familiar. But there was an interesting dynamic with the nuns in those days. And between the sexes it was hush hush but we found out what the nuns said to the girls on the qt. When the nuns had to deal with the pubescent boys we were sent to one of the parish priests who read us the riot act. Usually it caused us to laugh our butts off once out of foddas presence.
